Oak Flat—once part of an Apache reservation—is considered sacred space by the local tribe but it was awarded to a mining company through a defense bill in 2014 and will be completely destroyed. Now the tribe has occupied the land and refuses to leave, claiming their freedom of religion is being infringed upon.

ARTICLE 6 OF THE CONSTITUTION AND WHAT MCCAIN, FLAKE, KIRKPATRICK, AND GOSAR GOT THE SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO DO PROVE THEY HAVE VIOLATED, AND ARE IN VIOLATION, OF THE U S CONSTITUTION!
Title 50 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Volume 1 at Part 10 and Section 10.13 proves they have been violating this AND the U. S. Constitution from the beginning of the mining that was allowed and before that when D. C. TOOK Apache land and declared it was now federal land!
I HAVE ENOUGH ON ALL THIS SO AS TO MAKE IT FAR BIGGER THAN WATERGATE!
oak flats does not belong to the rez idk why there fighting this these traditional ppl always say theres only one god and criticize local churches an yet they always ask for prayer from church members n I'm sorry when he says the mines don't help our community when one mine built a food distribution on the rez n a training program but our ppl are drunks n choose to live on welfare I'm sorry but its no sterotyping its sad very sad
