Everybody now talking about dollar cost average… nothing new… normally, predictions don't work many times, so strategy dollar cost average comes in play
Index funds like VTSAX or VFIAX with consistent dollar cost averaging. I put 1000 weekly.
Yeah dca in and out is a great strat.
You can take it further by adjusting the percent you buy in or take out depending on how over bought or over sold you think it is.
Dollar cost average to zero.
I have 2 stocks that have delisted 10 stocks that reverse split and I have around 5 stocks that drop over 20 dollars some more and don't get me started with crypto…….. but the come back will be epic with all this dollar cost average

From my experiences, majority of the stocks will go up on the bull market. only thing you be missing out is missing the 50x stock like, NIO.
Yes, there are cycles in crypto, but are they going to be grandfathered in with the SEC comes down with the laws regulating them.
