Most exchanges tokens are vapor.bnb is Blockchain coin, Blockchain that runs huge amount of projects build on it.okx and cronos are blockchains build on cosmos SDK but there is not much happening on it.cro have more development than OKX which is new Blockchain so probably that's why. But… There is no reason for so many blockchains for shit coins BSC is enough. Cro and OKX are copys of binance chain in terms of businesses model… And we'll BSC is build on cosmos SDK as well… so not too innovative. they have no chance to become competition to BSC in my opinion, they have zero innovation and no one want to build on it. Heard good things about cronos Cro chain but still it's ghost town.
