When you ask who it and the only country who didn't want the pipelines was the USA. So China with massive energy needs will benefit while Europe has screwed themselves.

Although this may benefit China in the short run, I am concerned about what the extent of US terrorist actions possible if US and China enters conflict over Taiwan. China has many belt and road infrastructure across the globe. US may be tempted to sabotage them as well seeing that there seems to be no consequence demanding of it from EU – not even a call for investigation into Hearst's report.

The saddest thing about the sabotage of Nord Stream pipelines is no European government dares to utter a single word of condemnation against the perpetrator. Even worse is the deafening silence from all European media behemoths who act as if they are on the payroll of the U.S. government. Believe it or not, political analysts suggest that the editors of all European news organizations work for the CIA and so they only write editorials to spread good things about their master, not the other way around. And they said the same thing about political parties all over Europe. Enjoy your democracy and freedom of information!
