      Haven't watched this yet Tony but I do hope you quizzed him on why coinbase is holding onto our Songbird tokens and Flare tokens and do they plan on stealing them from us completely? 😊

      Paul Grewal needs to explain the obvious conflict whereby their robust process was used to on-board XRP and yet they delisted XRP. This suggests either that Coinbase no longer stands by its process OR the it dropped XRP, hurting its own customers, for pourely policitcal reasons.

      Decentralisation and tokenomics have absolutely nothing to do with if something is an investment contract – this is just Paul towing the Ethereum free pass line to try and justify Eth exceptionalism vs. the rest of the market.

      So let me get this straight. As a public company Coinbase has to "tread carefully in this area" and would likely not relist XRP despite a positive ruling from Judge Torres (yes that's the meaning behind what he said) AND YET NY Attorney General states in its complaint that Eth is an unregistered security, illegally offered to the public, and no delist or pause for Eth. Coinbase needs to get a better legal team soon or SEC etc will eat them alive.

      Not convinced Tony. Uphold stood by XRP holders and any ruling in favour of XRP being a commodity should immediately enable Coinbase to relist it. Not all tokens are treated the same by Coinbase!

      Hey Tony good job as always. But with the resources that coin base has. They should sue the SEC for clarification. Crowd source. If crypto companies, along with holders , traders, and investors, chip in lawyers, they will get paid. They can petition the court to ask the SEC to cease and desist any other actions against companies unless fraud evident .

      QE directly from the FED is the new system. Internal policy changes. Next, CBDC roll out in months ahead. FED will now on…..own the banking system too to go along with total control of the currency. Basically, the real government, the fed, just consolidated power and the banking system is now more centralized than ever. The so-called bail-in or bail-out directly from the fed is part of the new structure change in the system. We are in the new system now from SVB debacle moving forward and hardly anyone recognized it. System now is more aligned for forever QE, which fits with MMT, potentially resulting in hyperinflation.

      On your next podcast could you summarize what you thought of your interview with this guest? I heard not relisting XRP until appeals processes are over with full clarity which could mean never. I also heard no listing Flare and Songbird until they decide to, which could be never even though they are holding them. It also sounds like they are actually working with the government. He also said the retail investor needs protection and Coinbase is hurting us just as much as the SEC and the Judge taking her sweet ass time for a decision by not re-listing XRP and distributing the airdrops. Very hypocritical don't you think?

      hmmmm, he said "we do have a responsibility as a publicly listed company to tread carefully". I don't buy that excuse. They delisted XRP before they were publicly traded, yet ETH gets to stay listed when it's called a security and Coinbase IS publicly traded…. makes no sense

      Thank you Tony, Excellent job as usual. Coinbase is why I use Uphold. If he was being honest about why they delisted XRP, they would be delisting ETH because of the NYAG suit and Gensler's recent statements. They literally delisted XRP within moments of the suit being dropped and I think they were happy about it. ETH Maxi's. AND the nonsense about FLR -they list crap without hesitation, but in a world where every other exchange has handled the distribution without issue, these guys are withholding. FLR is a competitor to their money maker, ETH. So sick of these guys. Cannot stomach to using their platform anymore.

      Wait. Did he just say that even if XRP receives a non-security designation through current judge, CB will again make an assessment of whether XRP will be successful in appellate court? I guess it has to pass the court of CB.

      Hi Tony, good job I just wish you would have drilled Paul a little more on our songbird and flare tokens. Is Coinbase receiving any profits from the distribution? I’m not a bully and I’m trying to be cordial, but I’m starting to get pissed

      Nothing is gonna change the status quo stay in control..the little people will not gain anything..the coins you have now will not be used..some of these exchanges are planning to change all the iso coins addresses in the customer’s accounts and the old addresses will not be allowed to be used and the new addresses will not be able to take the coins being held by everyone’s hardwallets..the coins contract addresses will change on the exchanges and on the blockchain ..making the existing ones now mute!
