At 3:09 this guy makes a statement which is the opposite of who is using energy as a weapon. The one who cut of the Nord Pipelines was not Russia. It was the USA who sanctioned the companies building the pipeline trying to prevent Nord stream 2. Nord stream 1 was only shut for repairs when Russia shut the supply valve for maintenance. Germany shut the valve on Nord stream 2 as it had never been used yet. Russia wanted payment in rubles. The USA was running around saying Russia was weaponising the gas supply to Germany but it was the USA wanted to be the sole supplier of LNG to Germany at many times the price. I can't understand Germany being so weak to let their "ally" from across the Atlantic bully them into paying so much more for gas .

Russia has been grossly under estimated by NATO, and it's puppeteer, the USA. Europe is in BIG trouble. The Northern seas are just too vast for NATO to protect. Russia can easily attack at any time and any moment. The same applies to the USA. The USA West and East Coast are easy targets for Russia. One nuclear bomb and NYC is history.
