    Thabk you James!!! NYS is an exception to the post pandemic GDP growth being red state focused per the data on slide 8:20. What do you attribute this to considering the population is migrating out of NYS for many of the reasons you touched on?

I listened to a podcast of someone that grew his reserve from $120k to almost $460k during this Red season, can you share tips on how to make such aggressive proceeds in short periods?.

    This banking collapse might end up being a part of us for a very long time. With inflation currently at about 15%, my primary concern is how to maximize my savings/retirement fund of about $300k which has been sitting duck since forever with zero to no gains.
