Most terrifying part of Nord Stream
Story to me is the recognition that the NYT simply works for government. Our media has been compromised.
Robby was doing ok in this segment until he started blathering on about the need for Europeans to shoulder more of the cost for America's proxy war in Ukraine. Why should we pay for YOUR war? Are you an idiot?
Our leadership has no problem with using us as shields for their crimes.

Nordstream was a successful special military operation
It's amazing so many people still have doubts about this, that they have to repeat the USA/Norway theory every other moment.
When we saw 4 explosions in 3 pipes, 2 in the same pipe 50 miles apart, and one completely untouched pipe – we had no doubt who was the perpretator and the associated message.
Any other entity who might wish to shut down the pipelines with explosions, would have done one explosion on each pipe where they are right next to each other, and thereby terminated the pipes 100%.

What this story demonstrates is way back in the lead up to the Iraq War, or Gulf War Part 2: Saddham Bugaloo. The "international community' and Security Council called for investigation into things like "iran's nuclear program' and 'WMD' with the idea that Iraq is hiding something, but the international community, led by the US wants to 'know the truth'. Yet, in this case that same International Community and the US are now Like Iraq and acting like Saddham Hussein. This is a case of historical irony.
What the US needs is Hilary Clinton. She said "we came, we saw, he died'. They need Joe Biden to say 'of course we took out the Nordstream 2 pipeline. Come on Man, we came, we saw, we destroyed. Russia will learn the US is not playing'. Well said Joe Biden. Well Said.
Well this is what you get when you get the vice president of the USA to come up with a plausible scenario for who destroyed the pipe lines.
I love how this administration painted itself into a corner and was compelled to support Lula! I think, in their heart of hearts, they were pulling for Bolsonaro.
Sometimes truth is found where we don’t expect it- there is no secret here- but definitely a cover up,by untrustworthy countries.

Germany is not a sovereign nation. Imagine someone destroyed your infrastructure in a terrorist attack, and you don't do or even say anything about it, but cover it up.
We have had very little real discussion of the NS destruction here in Denmark.
The public narrative on state TV is a poorly arnalysed version of "Russia probably did it".
Time and time again I hear the same "Europe is not paying enough, Europe is getting a free ride" etc. when it comes to security and military issues.
This is actually an extreme view on what it takes to build a better, more secure and stable world.
We would not have the war in Ukraine, the destruction of NS or the budget expansion of the military, if it wasn't for the US misusing NATO for it's own purposes.
