    2. That was an interesting and passionate talk! Long, but I managed to get through it over dinner.

      Let me suggest a professional tweak to how you do this: The interviewer can usefully talk very sparingly, letting the interviewee unfold his knowledg and world view. Daniela Cambone and Tom Bodrovics are very good at this. If the interviewee says something they disagree with, they diplomatically challenge that with a follow-up question. And if the interviewee has a completely weird world view (like believing that fiat currency is money), that person will politely not be invited again 🙂
