Yeah, the advantage which you hinted at is the approval of a "Yuan" that is convertible to gold on the China markets, but that requires I believe a special contractual approval. That allowed them to constrict the common enslaved masses to the CBDC "Yuan" and only allow access to real money by special contracted order. This allows a "gold backed" contract on the Yuan, while maintaining their stranglehold on its citizens and others not entitled.
