Anyone notice the pipe appears to have damage from the INSIDE OUTWARDS which means the explosion occurred from INSIDE the pipe. Over pressurization? Inferior pipe metal used to cut costs and steal the money for the higher quality pipe? Or even simply BAD CONSTRUCTION?
