    Blockchain example worth sharing here is like Quran is memorized by Hafiz. If anyone changes Quran thousands of Hafiz reject the changes. In this way, Quran is not changed yet. Learned this example from Zeeshan ul Usmani.

    As per your example the data of 500 will be shared with each other that may be harmful in some other way because aesy to meri information un sab logo ko mill gai hai. Is trhaa data more insecure ho jayee ga.

    2nd..! As per example itny zada data say har indivdual kesy check kry ga ky gathering me any wala har person as per list authentic hai.
