Like a half of something. Simple as can be. They obviously are ignorant to what they read in the teleprompter, and they just regurgitate whatever they are told to say in the script. That tells us a lot about their lack of knowledge of even the most basic crypto concepts and words. She said it was up for debate if the halfing effects the price. No It's NOT. It is a fact lady.
