Congress moves so slow because the legislators need time to gather more money from the lobbyists. Remember folks… a legislator's number 1 goal… is to get reelected, and for that they need MONEY… and a LOT of it. Candidates for office will spend multi-millions of dollars to get elected and re-elected. WHY… because most become very rich once in office, and its a really nice job where you really don't have to do much, and you get people around you falling all over themselves to be your friend.
So then, we'll be waiting for six or so months for congress to act? Is that what's holding up any decision by Judge Torres?

You wanna know why the American government hates crypto so much, it's because they are terrified of losing their financial grip around the world. The dollar has been king for a very long time and crypto specifically BTC is a dangerous enemy to these politicians and elite who control them. Mark my words when the majority of the world starts to listen to all the crypto fud and seems that crypto is fading America will suddenly put out the American version of BTC the digital equivalent of the fiat dollar. Our gov is not stupid they know fiat is fading away and digital currency is the next move on this financial chess board….

Xrp is a dead weight now. Its just delay after delay with lower highs and lowers highs. Lost all faith in crypto-after these 2/3 years. Best off putting your money in to gold and property.
