    1. I wish people would give me free money
go figure texas living off the government tit
after all the crap republicans spout about government handouts
of course they want a free check

    2. Why does everyone say something is unconstitutional when they don't like something? I don't see anywhere in the Constitution nor in a court ruling that this is unconstitutional.

    3. They want to create the situation were the mining facilities do not turn off, by removing the incentive, and then they will make a big spectacle when the grid goes down. Having a system that works for the miners, people in the state and the government is not ok for them because it removes their ability to go on the media and pretend they are fighting to save the planet.

    4. Unanimously passed the committee vote and now moves to the full chamber vote in the Texas Senate where it is expected to pass and than go to the Texas House where it is also expected to pass. If it passes it will go into effect September 1, 2023. I honestly don't have a problem with the bill as it only applies to miners using over 10 megawatts. I am not a supporter of corporate welfare and if anything this bill will help to keep a more even playing field for smaller mining operations.

    5. Just More excuses to Raise the GD electric rate, to discourage mining!. Absolute rights crushing sh!t. and they Couldn't care less if you can Imagine it.
      Sigh… I hate them!
      Thx man
