How do you get your log data so clean? It seems like there must be a step before this to either 1) improve the automated logging process to allow for more effective process mining or 2) that there is some transformation process step that happens before ingestion into Celonis. Can you explain?
Also, how well have you seen this work in the financial services industry? I understand the gravity of this technology is in the EU and that the original use cases were around manufacturing and supply chain, but would love to see or understand how well this works in banking.
