For long, Saudis have blamed US based short sellers, in other words, those who bet that oil prices will fall, for the volatility in oil prices. But a veteran analyst feels that Saudi’s biggest headache may be another oil producer – Russia.

russia and several western producers are increasing oil production, while demand for oil is going down globally. So the Saudis has to cut production to avoid a crash in the oil price.
