Ron, I've been bitching this out for over two years!! Back then it was a whole lot cheaper and easier to find.
I hope people have the Silver stack they're comfortable with. Cause with a 200 mil oz deficit in 2022 and another 400 mil oz deficit predicted this year, something's gotta break……

I used to buy tons of junk silver on E-Bay from 2017-2019, before E-Bay started instituting sales tax on purchases. I bought about a total of 1000 half dollars, most for under $5 and sometimes even under $4 each.

When the SHTF about the only thing you'll want to let go of your silver for, will be food. Some say a gun and ammo, but would you trust a stranger in a situation like that? You give him your silver and he shoots you or, worse, you give him your silver and he forces you to lead him back to your stash, at home.
Another way to look at US 90% silver coins is that $1.40 in face value is very close to 1 oz. It's not exact but it is close.
Personally, I really like US "vintage" silver coins. About 20% of my collection is in this form with lots of dimes, quarters, halves, and Morgan
dollars. I really like the 1964 Kennedy halves and the 1880s era Morgans. The 1921 Morgans? Not as much, but hey, a Morgan is a Morgan. 😉
😉 well know things are getting weird when Coin Star coverts your silver for you. currently they dump it when one trying to dump their coins I found a silver dime in the coin star, we will see
