US mining company dispute: Alabama miners demand better pay



Coal miners in the US state of Alabama have been on strike for nearly 20 months after failing to resolve a pay-and-conditions dispute. The mining company Warrior Met Coal has replaced many staff members with non-union workers.

  1. Entitled Europeans. You know Africans used to work in America WITHOUT pay. Be grateful for what you're getting or go back to Europe.

  2. I knew of a guy down there that always told me that he wanted to leave that place. He just wasn’t brave enough, and didn’t think that he could do better for himself. He didn’t realize it, but he didn’t even get that job, at that place for himself. He had a God that has always taken care of him. Just like he brought him to that watering hole, he led him to another one that is even better.
