Atomic was always a bad wallet

How do I keep trust wallet safe? If I disconnect from wallet connect and clear my dapp browser is that enough?
It has long been my policy to split my assets between my nano ledger and coinbase. I figure the hardwallet protects me from external malicious attacks, and coinbase's user-friendliness protects me from my own mistakes. I'm terrified of sending something to the wrong address or something else stupid like that. After spending a couple months memorizing my recovery phrase for my nano ledger, I destroyed the physical copies. I don't use multisig because I'm afraid of adding another opportunity for user error (what if I lose one of the seed phrases?!). Does this seem safe to you guys?
Haha don't use Hot wallets, yes use cold wallets like Ledger
Atomic seed phrase should only be stored on the personal device, right? So how are they hacking them?
I am using trust wallet but transperancy and effort to help existing users are not seen . What kind of wallet got hacked (desktop, mobile , staking ), where did they downloaded the wallets from.. nothing proived for past 2 days which not helping any existing users

Please stop removing my comment the third time. All I stated that Lark is unaware that SEC is suing binance us. Do not censor this. It's a fact and if that bothers you that I point this out, then it's a problem. It was a constructive criticism and I didn't say anything against community guidelines.
Remember code is law, so crooks that got your crypto are now theirs.
Mobile apps arent secure wallets. You are better off keeping it at the exchange than on a mobile app

Could these hardware wallets be set up with software that allows whoever produced them to access the crypto keys and then send it to a predetermined address when an internet connection is detected? Just wondering, It has always seemed to me that an insured, credible exchange, has less potential for things to go wrong. Hardware wallets can be lost or stolen, burned in a fire, and Maybe all these people pushing the "not your Keys, Not your Crypto" Narrative, might be profiting from the sale of the wallets.
This is not a drill! Please stop trusting hot wallets. Just calling them hot wallets should be enough to keep people from storing large amounts of coins on them. Stay safe!

You right a close friend to my family told us about how she mistakenly went on clicking on something she got on her emails and was hacked of her cryptocurrency she was growing and this is why i asked why people don't know whats right. Shouldn't this and ease of use in the space be a major front and centre issue? Most people dont care about the hopium stories of who endorsed what or likes that or this project is promising when the nuts and bolts and user friendliness needs nailing down first. Rant over. π
