    1. Bitcoin only is the only path forward for US 'crypto' businesses. Crypto other than BTC is crap anyway.

    2. SEC should be just a private certification company. Some companies get their certificate, some don't, but the consumers should be free whether they want the "protection" of the SEC certification or not. This is the reality one way or another, if they ban crypto from US soil, money will just flow out towards it.

      That is, the consumers will still find a way to take their money to other jurisdictions if they want to keep investing in those companies.
