The headlines haven’t disappointed so far this week… Tech giant Apple (AAPL) hit a new all-time high. But then, concerns surrounding its pricey new product caused the stock to take a tumble. Howey test
It's all about stealing everyone's money shut them lock up your money and go bankrupt
Why is anyone surprised? This was a likely potential.
Isn't the IRS not treating cryto's as commodities.
Gensler is claiming he's acting in the interest of investors, however, I'm an investor and have lost about 50% of my money due ENTIRELY to his behavior. I fail to see how that individual is "protecting" me from anything. He's just trying to make way for CBDC's in my opinion and EVERYTHING else must be crushed by Gensler, including Bitcoin.
who the hell are you ? We want Daniela, she knows how to do an interview.
Great video & agreed on hypocrites, how do we hold them accountable?
Can we fire this guy and get someone else on
Sanctioned Extortion Commission
Good work murica
Is it the SEC’s responsibility to determine what companies are securities? Or make rules and enforce existing rules/regs. Howey Test helps determine a security.
Hear nothing good about Gensler …ain't there to protect the investors more like screw them.
