There is no such thing as SEC safe Altcoins. Cause if sec wins this case they will come for everything one by one. And there next move is stable coins.

The SEC never stated officially that ETH is not a security. Some members have said this but not officially in the name of the SEC. Ethereum had an ICO like Cardano, Sol and all the others. And their foundations hold large portions which they sell to raise cash to finance operations just like publicly traded companies will do.
They definitely fit the securities test. If the SEC nails Cardano, Sol, Atom and the others, it will be forced to define what a security is and what criteria it is using. It can’t at the moment that is why it is only going after the exchanges.
The Courts will force the SEC to define a security in crypto terms
USA has taken this step to control Russian Ukraine war because Russia was taking payment in cryptocurrency. That is why they have decided to eliminate cryptocurrency itself. Now definitely cryptocurrency can be zero.

You clearly missed recent SEC hearings when Gensler said ‘it depends on the regulations’ when asked if ETH is a security or not. I think only PoW tokens are safe atm (which eth initially was)..
