It's not end for crypto for sure but can be huge reset, removing US money from market and many US based projects. At this point for most dropping to ATL for many current investors is like end. The reason they are being called securitys is because they are, end of story !! I personally think that Binance was doing a lot of shady business and if these charges are correct CZ will end up in prison, but let us get to the heart of the matter. What will really destroy Crypto is the lack of any institutional investments, Crypto has become radioactive in the U.S because of the SEC actions. I think the next shoe to drop will be the DOJ charging CZ criminally if it has not already happened and they are just keeping it under rap's until they know where he is. Long story short if you like investing try the stock market it has been off the charts these last few weeks.
