You should look at Genslers comments saying business took the risk and their arguments of no clear stance from the government shouldnt matter……the market suffers again
The reason the market isn't reflecting the attack, is because the attack can only do so much without becoming an out right authoritarian attack on freedom of the individual. I think most people in crypto welcome that outcome because if that happened it would open a lot of people's eyes to the corruption of this government.
