First post was a total waste of my time.
Russia was trying to use oil and gas as a weapon and that weapon was taken out of the war. If Putin would have just kept the taps open and not tried to play like it was broken and they needed parts that were sanctioned, then I guess that the pipeline would not have had a big glaring target on it.
