In response to these serious accusations, banks globally have started distancing themselves from Binance, Coinbase, and general cryptocurrency transactions. This has led to a critical disruption in the primary routes of entering and exiting the cryptocurrency market. Consequently, the crypto prices have taken a hit, triggering widespread concern about future implications.
One man, who has had some famously bad takes on the crypto industry, such as backing FTX whos founder, Sam Bankman Fried is now facing life in federal prison – is Shark Tank Star Kevin O’Leary. In his latest interview, he spoke on the lawsuits brought against both Binance and Coinbase and why he believes it now makes the crypto space – ‘radioactive waste’

I have learned in recent months is to remain calm, especially when it comes to investments in cryptocurrencies. Learn not to sell in a panic when everything goes down and not to buy in euphoria when everything goes up. I advise y'all to forget predictions and start making a good profit now because future valuations are all speculations and guesses. The market is very unstable and you can not tell if it's going bearish or bullish. While myself and others are trading without fear of making a loss others are being patient for the price to skyrocket, I would say Trading has been going smoothly for me i started with 4 BTC and i have accumulated over 9 BTC in just one month with the trading strategy given to me by expert trader Elena Huffman.

Crypto is more like baseball cards than an investment contract. You can’t sue Topps if the value of your pack of cards went down. Crypto exchanges are more like fancy versions of EBay. They bring together buyers and sellers of baseball cards. SEC is going to have to sue EBay and Topps under there interpretation of the Howie test. There is no investment contract promising money. Dirty Gary is off the rails.

I appreciate the video and I have questions regarding sizing into a trade and also ETF/Digital assets portfolio management. Often times I see myself sizing in when my pre-determined zone is met but I’m unsure what has the best potential: going with a full size order or sizing more as my the price extends further into my zone. And how are people making $450K already in this first half of the year? Sometimes the psychological part of this is the most difficult!
What a joker O'leary being an elite is obviously trying to get us to sell what little we have to lose out on the next bullrun but I suspect he being a billionaire worked closely with FTX to scam the public.
