If Gary testified to congress that the SEC has no jurisdiction over crypto then wouldn't it be easiest for the exchanges to ask for a dismissal based on the SEC not having the authority to bring these suits?

Ash, IBM and nChain are working together on a recently launched Gate2Chain product called Trace which is on Bitcoin SV. BSV gets little to zero coverage from crypto/ blockchain media but it is actually facilitating real world products coming to market. Sentinel is another fascinating hacker alert product running on Bitcoin SV, perhaps you could ask nChains new CEO for an interview or even ask Satoshi to come on and talk about his vision of Bitcoin 😉
