BTCS Inc. (Nasdaq:BTCS), a blockchain technology-focused company, has listed its Series V Preferred shares on the Upstream Exchange, where the company will trade under the symbol “BTCSP.
BTCS shareholders received a dividend of one Series V Preferred share for each common share held at the May 12th record date.
