They cannot appeal the fact that XRP is not a security. It is not appealable.
I got some bad news for any other crypto other than XRP. You might be holding nothing of value because it has no use case. Secondly SEC is not appealing this because in two years this case involving secondary sales is over. Page 15 of summary judgment READ it. XRP in itself was and never will be a security, it has always been a digital token.

look i know you need to generate views for the many vids you put out a day, but this is disinformation.
1) SEC can & will appeal, whoopie damn do, its part of the process. It can only be appealed up to the US Supreme Court & that case can only be heard if the USSC Judges agree to take up the case, if not, they dimiss it, it's done. No more appeals.
2) Thats an opinion article from a former SEC Lawyer. Since the ruling you have many people arguing both sides that either its good or bad for Ripple/Crypto or for the SEC. Most agree its a huge L for SEC & this is in the bag.
3) The judge ruled on the most important aspect of the case, that XRP sold to retail investors [me & you] & through platforms such as CB & others is NOT A SECURITY!!!!!!! She only ruled that XRP sold during it's initial launch to Institutional Investors was a security.
Very simple for us normal folk to understand & accept. Geez!
