Maybe this connor can find out how much money exchanges have total of the fractional balances they wont allow you to sell , move or withdraw that are caused by the price changing during a transaction ? Example I have .24 cents worth of bitcoin that is eternally stuck and in the possession of my exchange . I dont like that
