I wonder if this is a sign of big players in the market, the ones who have spent decades manipulating stock prices and commodities. Now that Bitcoin is a bigger fish, it is a good target for profits.
Think of Crypro as a spring, being put under more tension every day: When the powers that be decide to trigger it, the jump will be that much bigger. BIG profit taking, then everything will crash again. I think it will happen just before Christmas, maybe November.
Let’s be serious. Do you think that government and the banksters want to let go of the monetary power of the globe? They’re going to manipulate crypto and bitcoin, if possible as much as they have with all the fiat currency. It’s all rig people. I understand we make videos and Contin talk about it all the time, some people have gotten rich, etc. It is all rig!
Is money coming in on exchangea?
Big companies are going to be smart and not buy in bulk, they will buy little by little and through different entities to keep the price low, they know that if they do the latter the price of BTC will go straight up and that won't be good for their plans.

A declining trendline on the volume of bitcoin on exchanges, as well as the low trading volume, both indicate that bitcoin's velocity is low. This ought to mean that the price of bitcoin should be high. The only way we could have record-low velocity (which we have now) and not record-high prices would be if next-to-no new money is coming into the crypto space. The public has 0 interest. This means that the price will not move again either until the halving (a supply shock), or until a whale or whales start accumulating. The whales can't possibly be accumulating now, or else the low volume on BTC would make the price shoot up. But when new money does come in, the price will move rapidly due to the low volume.
The SEC could approve Kathy's ETF the day before they approve Blackrock's. That way they couldn't be accused of favoritism, but it would make no practical difference that Kathy got hers first.

In Tuesday’s ruling, Judge Mellor decided that this question will be resolved for all cases during a January 2024 trial. As Judge Mellor wrote in the ruling, the results of the January trial will determine whether the other cases will go forward.

IF ETH ETF (even if its Futures) is approved, that clears ETH as a non-security so it would be a win regardless.
