  1. Gibraltar is british and ceuta and melia are spanish ,since they have been incorporated in the respective countries for hundreds of years, also their population agrees with this. The ideea that they shoud be returned to the original country just because they used to own that land without considering what the population wants is stupid. Under the same logic all the population of the Americas ( north South and Central) should be returned to native american population and the majority population living there now should become what without a country or under native rule?
