Using XRP in small countries is the perfect way to transfer the wealth and fund the rebuilding of these impoverished nations thru the people themselves. Right now, they acquire and use the coins as a fractional currency that costs pennies in their poor land. When the switch is flipped, all of a sudden the masses within these 3rd world nations will become wealthy overnight
