I am a value investor, searching for undervalued stocks. I look for securities with prices that are unjustifiably low based on intrinsic worth, estimated by analyzing an issuer’s fundamentals.

I do not support the efficient market hypothesis. This suggests that stocks always trade at their fair value, making it harder for investors to either buy stocks that are undervalued, or sell them at inflated prices. I believe the market will eventually favor quality stocks that were undervalued. I am not really concerned with the activities of the stock market, although I “watch” market activity all the time.

  1. Look out for REITs managed by RMR Group 💩. They care about generating fees for themselves, not the interests of the REIT's shareholders.
IRM on the other hand, has been very good to me over the past couple of years. I hold it in my ROTH, so that's all the better.
Thanks as always for the info.

  2. You've made a good case for REITs at a time when my admittedly limited knowledge says to avoid them. That is, during a time of an inverted yield curve which is the only indicator related to them that I know.
So, got me looking and thinking, something I hadn't even remotely considered until watching this very informative and interesting vid.
As always, many thanks Rudi for so generously sharing your most valuable knowledge and research.
    Very, Very much appreciate it.
Wishing you the best of luck and good health.
    Thanks again.
