It's one thing to make claims, it's a whole other thing to provide evidence to back up those claims. Neither science nor the legal system accepts unsustantiated claims. What we do know, by actual evidence, is that Russia has cut undersea telecommunication cables in the past, that it used and uses energy and food supplies as both bribes and hostages, and that it is very agressive in its goals globally (eg Wagner Group). Circumstantial evidence points to Russia having blown up the Nordstream pipelines because it thought it could freeze Europeans and deny them gas for cooking, etc. to get them to acquiese helping Ukraine.
Maybe Russia? When they could merely turn it off at their end! Clearly, we are lying because Congress could have called in the groups and leadership Hersch mentioned, hand them raise their right hand and gotten to the bottom of it. Our leadership knows we did it and therefore will not investigate it. What else can explain their aversion to finding out the truth? If Russia had actually done it we would have hung it around their neck with immense details. The media misdirection and clever tangents are CIA specialties. The administration and its officials should have also raised their right hands but the uniparty in DC won't turn on the military–industrial–security complex. Of course, the real proof is our absolute stonewalling of any efforts to find the answer along with the promise of our President to do it before it 'mysteriously" blew up. Shameful lack of interest and follow up by the mainstream corporate media. Again, Bri provides real insights.

I'm pretty confident that countries around the Baltic Sea, with the exception of Russia and possibly Germany, are all quite happy that this pipeline was destroyed, so that would include Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. It could even have been done with some of the technical expertise those countries possess.
Americans seem quite willing to believe just about anything without evidence. It's probably because of the high levels of religiosity over there, where people are brought up to believe all sorts of myths, never asking for evidence.

You can't find many official informations about the exercise Northern Coasts last year. But there is plenty of information you can find online about the exercises from previous years.
