    Eri, its not personal nor is it about faith. The time for talking expired a long time ago. Either You Tuber’s (and there are MANY) are being paid very well to keep on dribbling the ball OR this is a test of wills, of strength to see who makes it to the end. No more clickbait or story time… is XRP the chosen one or not?

    Sorry but the law professor isn't right in saying the case is "unsettled" just because the SEC may/will appeal….the same could be said of any case. Ripple won on this issue, the win is not lessened by the fact that the SEC is appealing the decision. Until it is overturned, it is settled….and that is highly unlikely and would take many years (esp. if going to USSC), so it really doesn't matter. Appeals usually fail, and the SEC will have to put a lot of resources into a losing battle.

    So I wound up listening to that entire Bitcoins and gravy interview with David Schwartz and that interview is 8 years old and it really helps put everything in perspective where he was then where we are now I'm more bullish now cuz it's survived some of the concerns and the unforeseen things that David was mentioning… also the adoption has been hindered by at least 50% meaning four years ago when the Ripple lawsuit was imposed on them by the SEC that really has hurt their ability to work here in the United States and I kind of see XRP as a coiled spring …when that for years can just kind of be released with adoption and regulatory approval or whether it goes to the Supreme Court or not …
    I just see a lot of progress that's been made… survival that has been managed in a crypto space that is very unpredictable …sorry for rambling but context is everything and we have the luxury of looking back eight years to see how the crypto space has evolved and ripples place in it and also it blows my mind that that channel has so few viewers the Bitcoins and gravy and also how many views on that video it was so small it blows my mind anyway thanks for leading us to the information

    What are your thoughts on the no security ruling because xrp investors didn't invest looking for a profit? Do you think Ripple has created an out for themselves to never make xrp move, especially because they have other ledgers? Also I mentioned on a few YouTubers comments over a year ago that every time large amounts of xrp move from a "whale" wallet a new government or central bank signed on, which made me believe that xrp is a testing coin to show countries how their CBDC would run on Ripples Rails. All these partnership, etc has done nothing for xrp, and xrp isn't on the liquidity ledgers. Which partners are using xrp right now? Do you think retail got played?

    Thanks, Zach, that was a nice update. Looks like the whole of this year will be a great year, I thought this dip was going to be for a long period, but clearly was mistaken. Buying and holding were no longer cutting it for me, had to learn how to trade, as I was able to raise 16 BTC from day-trade with Judith Sherwood in a few weeks.
