Russia has released a draft United Nations Security Council Presidential statement about the Nord Stream pipeline. Moscow condemned the West for an act of terrorism and demanded an impartial international probe into the matter.

3 guys rented a yacht and with snorkels, Google maps, and homemade explosives found the most vulnerable parts of the pipelines destroying 3 of 4 lines got away and then the US navy which just happened to be near retrieved the unexploded device and then blamed Russia and no one cares?
