Why do you make a video promoting a wallet that is not open source? The thumbnail does not help. Do you make pump&dump videos?
Isnt that the same with Ledger though. They generate you your seed phrase and you write it down.

What's the point of a card if you can access your funds on the app?
I would be happy to be able to sell crypto directly on the wallet. Unfortunately, it can be done in certain countries and certain crypto. Support said they will make it available soon and they're searching for solutions to this.
Hi with my sentence if the tangem wallet is ruined can I still recover my assets and import them to another cold wallet?
Does the updated version allow for more than one receive address? Or is it still limited to 1?
The ability to create a seed phrase is a scary ability being that it’s being made on a hot device.
Tangem is cool but really isn’t for your whole bag. It’s for smaller amounts similar to a tapsigner. But a tap signer is a step up bc can restore without requiring a hot seed phrase.

JUST PURCHASED AND RECEIVED THE NEW TANGEM WALLET BUT IT SEEMS IT WAS NOT COMPLETELY SEALED AND I AM AFRAID IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN OPENED AND TAMPERED WITH , IS IT WISE AND SAFE TO GO AHEAD AND SET IT UP
I received the 2.0 card in a box from the manufacturer which had both security seals broken. Should I be concerned? Support informed me that the broken seals happened due to the shipping process. Such BS!
i just received and bought two brand new tangem wallets and ordered directly from the manufacture. It was mailed to me from apparently through a third party. Both showed the security seal was tampered with. I'm very upset and won't activate these as i have no faith or confidence in them. The company wants me to pay for the shipping all the way to Hong Kong when it came from Utah. I WILL NOT be using these. BEWARE FOR TAMPERED SECURITY SEALS.
My package also came with broken seal envelope and seemed to have been tempered with.. and when I started for the set up, it never did asked me those two questions you mentioned. Kind of bizarre, they came from Utah , not Switzerland or Singapore, so I don’t trust.. also my bank refused when I tried to make a buy, it refused it 7 times even after they send a 2 Authy code. Not cool.

I received three cards and all security protocols were breached. The product was not sealed and had open and broken seals. I'm afraid to use it and their product support will not return my emails.
Was the seal broken when the package arrived? Mine was broken. I searched online and many people had the same problem. Even those located in the sane country of the company. So, we were not sure if the cards were tampered. Can you make a video about how to authenticate the cards?
