So essentially what representative flood is saying is that Congress is impotent and useless. Seems like a nice guy with some good intentions but continues to make excuses and talk in circles about why they can't do anything. Leave it up to the judicial branch, leave it up to the voter to get in a new administration. That is just a load of crap

SEC is basically criminal organisation that wants to make maximum damage to crypto investors. They get paid by huge corporations to kill any competition. USA is corrupted, thats why most goverments want to get rid of dollar.
