I just bought my big Christmas present and instead of paying $ 650, I got a better model for $ 280. We are a couple who buy their large gift as it works better for us. Not many shoppers in the store. We sold our California condo in Feb and our Florida condo in April. Now we hear from old neighbors that the market has changed and they can't sell.

After THANKSGIVING black Friday sales horrific and stores empty and many window shoppers and no purchases.
Shoppers buying less gifts and less .
JJ stores are not addmiting the sales are flat and the prices up the sales figures are not based on the increasef prices when comparing previous years.
Possible a small increase on retail in retail sales.
Higher wages means less people being oppressed. If you continue in that school of thought hey we could have even more oppressed people if we lower wages. Win Win ? Those darn ol wage earners, increasing costs on people who have passive income. ( Tail wagging dog ). Really it's massive passive income that is killing the working class.
