    1. Given the current economic difficulties that the country is experiencing in 2023, how can we enhance our earnings during this period of adjustment? I cannot let my $680k savings vanish after putting in so much effort to accumulate them.

    2. The more these foreign gold and silver mining stocks selloff and hit new lows, the more I buy. Especially the ones already paying consistent dividends. i'm just curios as to where else to spread across $400k for long term returns.

    3. Location matters- a LOT! Local governments are now in charge of all the options you suggest for making a defunct shopping mall yield any return on investment. I suppose they could be paid off, but just guessing. There's a reason they are kaput, make sure you know what that is before buying any 'cheap' real estate..

    4. he is right , we work is getting cheaper and cheaper until they filed a bankruptcy, that's what makes the idea of buying low price is difficult, because you need to identify stocks that making real business in a long run. BB&B is also cheap but the chart is messed up

    5. Very well articulated; I wish I had more time for trial and error, but I'll be 56 in February and I need ideas and advice on what investments to make to set myself up for retirement, especially with the looming inflation and recession; my goal is to have a portfolio of at least $500k at the age of 60.

    6. I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.

    7. To enhance our long-term investment mix, my partner and I are introducing a range of stocks and ETFs. We've committed $220k initially, with a particular emphasis on inflation-protected bonds and businesses demonstrating robust cash flows. I see potential for enduring growth in the current market, yet I'm also keen to explore strategies for generating short-term gains.

    8. I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my entire life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Maria Reyes.

    9. This recession is most likely the result of an external factor. For the first time in decades, the United States is losing its clout as a federal reserve currency. They don't have any more economies to use to control inflation, and less money is being spent on stock and oil trading than in the past. They all lend support to the idea that a new multilateral world order is in the works.

    10. Nobody can become financially successful over night. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals.

    11. show us the actual money you put in the market vs. Just Talk George…words are cheap. Some ACTION please with real money…gold even…looking forward to seeing your portfolio posted.

    12. ESG is dying both Blackrock and Wall Street have admitted this.
      WHY?
Because shareholders are fighting back charging the directors of failing their fiduciary duties. It appears they may be winning the legal argument.
Yes, responsible investment is necessary (obligatory) example Lithium in Congo and elsewhere.

    13. Wow this comment section is really filled to the brim with spam bots advertising scams. Every single generic comment has comments under it referring some type of advisor, who will take your money and then disappear forever. Make sure to report as many as you can.

    14. I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Mrs. Charlotte Miller
