It took me over 50 hours to reach a customer service rep via online chat. I had a chat opened for over 2 days before an agent responded. When you call the Robinhood phone number, the automated system tells you to reach out via online chat. So no Vlad, I don't think Robinhood is "there for their customers". If I have a question, and you offer online chat, it shouldn't take 3 days for a customer service rep to respond.

Yeah, preventing the consumer from squeezing the big money shorts doesn't help the consumer. We are all adults. Robinhood artificially put in the top and helped out big money. Let it play out without interfering. Robinhood wrecked the consumer. Someone was going to get wrecked had Robinhood stepped in or didn't step in. Totally screwed the consumer. How is that legal? Preventing people from buying and preventing the shorts from getting squeezed, therefore being the cause of the meme stocks tanking. And therefore people lost their money. If traders and investors don't know what they are doing let them lose. They are adults. Totally corrupt.
