Next couple of weeks what my general feel and sentiment is heading into 2024 and most importantly one of the major narratives that I’ve got my eye on for the month of January and February this is a Nar that’s going to be amazing for Traders and could be home to some

Explosive price pumps and I want to explain my thesis behind this in the month of Jan but it’s going to be an amazing year there’s many new token launches that I’m looking forward to there’s many new airdrops that I’m looking forward to there are many narratives that I’m looking forward to

Crypto gaming real world assets uh recently we’ve had the parallelization narrative so many uh amazing altcoin Trends so I think it’s going to be a great year for Traders and investors alike of course of course it’s going to have its ups and its Downs I do expect

Major draw Downs uh at certain points throughout the year but those will prove to be in my opinion great opportunities for accumulation if you are stacking quality projects so without further Ado Let’s uh give you my quick Bitcoin update here if you look at my chart this

Might be familiar to you if you’ve been watching my videos during the month of December you can see here that Bitcoin since late October has been in an ascending Channel it recently broke out in December and set in this local high it was looking like a double top on the

Lower time frames but it actually ended up breaking out above on January first I think the spot ETF uh is obviously inherently a bullish thing for Bitcoin there’s been a lot of talk on Twitter and YouTube over the past couple of weeks of is it a sell the news event is

It an event that is going to result in price appreciation in the short term for Bitcoin um I would say just based on past data when it comes to these major events and these major fund listings that typically the announcement tends to be bullish uh and the actual events so

The launch of the funds tend to be bearish and experience a slight selloff before continuation later down the track as inflows start to Pile in so if I had to guess what it’s going to happen I think we will see a strong price momentum into the approval and on the

Day of the approval and potentially that pullback happens when the funds actually launch but we’re pretty much all just waiting for these approvals right now and the technicals are showing us as you can see in front of you that Bitcoin and coins are in a really really strong

Place at the moment Bitcoin speaking about being in a strong Place actually had its best performing December since 2020 uh up 12.18% one of its strongest performing quarters as well the last couple of times that Bitcoin did experience a very strong Q4 with with four consecutive months in the green typically January

Does tend to be a red month we can see this happen in 2015 and 2016 but I think we are slightly in a new paradigm here give the fact that we have this spot ETF which is a major event for Bitcoin in a Haring year uh I guess just the set of

Circumstances around Bitcoin are very very different from these previous years I think expecting cool offs is normal maybe after this next League to the upside we do experience that cool off as I said in my predictions thread a couple of days ago I do expect at some point in

The first half of the year we do see a major Bitcoin draw down maybe of even up to 20% but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s going to happen in January and I think the number one lesson that should have learned last year um if you haven’t already is that it’s always wise to

Follow the trend in crypto you don’t need to time the tops you don’t need to time the bottom but when you see a trend establishing often times the best thing to do is simply ride that Trend and this logic can be applied not only for Bitcoin but also for altcoins as well

When you see a narrative starting to take off simply back that narrative after it starts to exhibit an uptrend instead of trying to guess what the next rotation is going to be I mean there’s always room for a little bit of both in your port portfolio and I always do like

To you know take stabs of what the next big narratives can be that’s a lot of fun and it can really reward you if you get in early but for the average Trader often times it is optimal to just wait for Trends to start to establish and

Obviously that is the exact same for Bitcoin uh when it comes to trading the market in general one more observation I’d like to make about Bitcoin is that it has been exhibiting a very interesting yearly pattern of three consecutive green years then a red yearly candle then three consecutive

Green years red yearly candle three consecutive green red yearly candle which happened in 2022 and if the pattern does continue that could spell three consecutive years of green for Bitcoin typically during the second and third year is where you see the most explosive price rise so that would be in

This case 2024 and 2025 2025 being the the major year historically uh if you do look at bitcoin’s um performance around bit the Bitcoin harving typically it does peak around a year later however I do think this time is slightly different I think history Rhymes it doesn’t necessarily repeat they very well could

Be a chance that bitcoin’s best performing year is in fact 2024 and not 2025 I don’t know I’m not Nostradamus I don’t know when the exact top is going to come in as I said it’s all about monitoring Trends in crypto when we see the trends start to reverse that’s when

We’ll switch our thesis but I do uh want to just you know give you a word of caution when it comes to looking at these historical patterns especially with a smaller sample size just to take it with a grain of salt but it’s obviously a good trend for us having

These three consecutive years happen after these red yearly candles Bitcoin also had its second highest ever New Year’s Day by only $5,000 away from 2022 so in terms of its overall trajectory Bitcoin has been performing exactly like we think it will appreciating overtime but you know in the interim experiencing

Major draw downs and Jim Kramer just said he predicts another week year for cryptos you know what that means go Max long the the reverse Kramer index in full force so now let’s let talk about altcoins specifically I want to discuss a narrative that I think is pretty interesting from a trading perspective

In January and also into February looking at the total 3 index which is the total cryptocurrency market cap excluding Bitcoin and ethereum you can see we did have a strong break of this major Trend this major weekly Trend at the $460 billion level and we’ve since had three weekly candle closes above

Which is an extremely bullish indicator for altcoins in general I do expect a coold down to happen as capital starts to siphon back into Bitcoin for this spot ETF trade it’s really bitcoin’s time to shine so what I am forecasting over the next couple of weeks is a

Slight dominance push on the Bitcoin side while altcoin stagnate but I think this would be a really good uh place to set the stage for that next leg up for altcoins I don’t think it would be that healthy actually right now going into a blowoff altcoin market I would much

Rather see sustained net flows into Bitcoin and then maybe we even see that siphon out into ethereum as the eth spot ETF narrative starts to ramp up um also you have the eth Denon upgrade so eth is a narrative I guess Against the Grain I’m actually quite bullish on um but for

Now I think it’s bitcoin’s time to shine so I am expecting maybe a slight reversal here or even if the alt moves sideways liquidity coming into Bitcoin A Little Bit Stronger should result in the Bitcoin dominance uh pushing up now I want to talk about this narrative that

I’ve got my eye on this is obviously the title and the thumbnail of today’s video we had the injective rally that was the last big Trend we had the salana rally that was the last major Trend um then we had the SE rally this has been one of

The strongest performers as this evm parallelization narrative has started to take off there’s also a couple other coins under that category as well which are performing strongly you can look at things like monad you can look at things uh even like eclipse in the future which is a token that’s launching that that

I’m interested it’s a vertical I’m very bullish on for the year but in terms of shortterm Trends these have been running so what could potentially be next for the altcoin coin Market I’m not going to try and look too far forward in the future for today’s video the people that

Have been watching my shows tweets videos Etc know that my thesis lies around a few core narratives and one of my real big strategies for 2024 is getting involved in the major aird drops for these narratives so I’m staking a lot of Cosmos staking a lot of Celestia

To try and get air drops I’ve done thread guides on these in the past i’ I’ve been doing my layer zero farming Wormhole as well so I’m really in the airdrop ecosystem to try and get some exposure to these new launches as well but from a trading perspective there is

One narrative that I’ve been identifying by the way the people that followed my say trade you would be really really heavily up I made a video saying if you missed solar injective this altcoin is next get in early 13 days ago when say was 35 cents it’s now sitting at 73

I’m looking forward to this year so now let’s move on to this January trade that I want to talk about and I’ve been thinking about this General Trend in the market recently of older narratives really running hard when the market picks up so it’s kind of interesting

Everyone’s trying to front run the next Trend but often times it’s the old trends that get rekindled when the market gets interested again so we’ve seen this recently with layer 1es we’ve seen this recently with mem coins and I’m always looking for these narratives which can be recycled from previous

Periods where they’ve performed strongly so I’ve been thinking about this General Trend right and then a couple days ago I looked at my Twitter feed and saw uh a few posts and one of which was fabian’s post as you can see in front of you talking about the Chinese New Year coins

Um he says that Chinese New Year’s is in one month from now it’s the Year of the Dragon China coins are one of the big narratives from Jan 2023 bubble that haven’t had their rotation yet it’s possible that leaders like cfx catch some attention again even better is that

There’s conflux ego coins that move with the beta and have charts that look bottom for months now just needs a little spark so this is a pretty de gen trade but for those people that are looking for some trade ammunition in January I don’t mind this China trade at

All so the Chinese year of the dragon or the new year is beginning on February 10th 2024 actually the Year of the Dragon signifies good luck in China and funnily enough I’m actually born in the year of the dragon in the year 2000 as well and looking at conflux it hasn’t really run

As much as some of the other coins or the China coins in general so what I’ve done for you is and I’ll link this in the description below uh for your convenience I’ve put together a list of China coins that I’m currently monitoring as you can see in front of

You I’ve got this China narrative folder that I’ll that I’ll share in the description but I’m looking at the leaders in particular for trades here the first one is conflux as you can see it’s pushing up towards this next resistance level but between 23 cents

And 36 Cents there’s not a whole lot of resistance so when this move happens it can happen quite explosively and definitely in the leadup to Chinese New Year it could get some renewed interest I’m also looking at a this was a previous leader that is also starting to

Break Trend at the time of recording this video which is a few hours before it goes live it’s starting to Teeter on the edge of a breakout of its next major resistance at the 22 level this is one that I’m also watching considering the fact that it broke out of its diagonal

And is establishing itself above the 200 exponential moving average which I do like for these higher daily time frame indicators of momentum and a point that Fabian pointed out here is that there are some beta plays that you can take unlike in January now word of warning

These are very risky and for most people you’re probably better off longing the leaders in your cfx your A’s uh in more of a trading style trade however if you do want a little bit more risk or you’re a Deen or you simply just want to really

Size down versus let’s say your cfx position you can look at the ecosystem beta play as you can see conflux in front of you has an ecosystem of defi locations think dex’s amm money market launchpads Etc which you can trade and since the charts look pretty bottomed

I’ve been taking some small positions in these coins very high risk but I’m just doing it for some fun as I said most people if you’re lower risk go with the coins in the description below and mostly focusing on those leaders like cfx and ACH but if you want a little bit

More of a d gen entry I know some of you out there are Deens you’ve got things like the swappy token things like the nucleon token these are all low caps so make sure to be careful with these These are extremely risky but I wanted to present these beta plays to you they’re

All starting to break out of key trends and have been relatively bottomed for quite some time so I’m just looking at these and I’m also looking at some down the list that you can see on conf flux’s website I mean some tokens are cross chain like let’s say your curve the

Graph Etc they’re not the ones I’m focusing on I’m focusing on the smaller caps that are just exclusive to the conflux ecosystem so it would be a lovely way to start the year with a big China narrative and this is one that I’m betting on may not pay off but I do
