So the SEC versus coinbase tomorrow is a massive day for crypto and quite frankly all eyes should be on this we have a court uh case here that is going in front of the judge tomorrow we have four possible outcomes that we will get tomorrow so you need to be aware of what

These are and the impact it’s going to have on you and your crypto this is as big in a certain uh stand as the Ripple versus SEC lawsuit okay so we’re going to get into this but before I do crypto right now is turned positive uh it’s up

Coinbase stating and they named about 13 different cryptos cardono was one of them basically said that your coinbase is you’re selling unregistered Securities okay so that’s why this is such a big deal uh for this court case tomorrow because this begins or not the proceedings for the SEC versus coinbase

So option one Court denies coinbase motion and what they mean by this is that uh coinbase has filed a a motion to right here in the red to dismiss the case Okay obviously that is standard legal proceedings if that happens if the Court denies coinbase’s motion to

Um to dismiss then obviously the case will go forward and then right here in the purple we will spend probably a year or more Bas in the discovery phase until the reaches the summary judgment stage so if they deny coinbase’s motion to dismiss then we will be looking at a

Year out uh before we get any type of a kind of movement as far as the next court case or things like that option two court grants coinbase motion with precedent so this is basically the court will say yes we are going to Grant your motion to dismiss but with prejudice and that

Happens right here in the link green if this happens the entire case will be dismissed bringing an Abrupt end of the lawsuit at the district court level now no that the SEC could reignite the case by filing an appeal they could do that similarly like they did a little bit in

The xrp Ripple case that’s option two if this happens you’re GNA see crypto rock it up tomorrow you will obviously option three court grants coinbase the motion to dismiss without prejudiced if this happens the SEC can amend its complaint and address some of the deficiencies cited by the US federal

Judge so if the if the US federal judge says that there are deficiencies with sec’s case against um coinbase then they’re going to give the SEC an opportunity to amend as complaint however if the judge grants coinbase motion by relying on its argument that the SEC is is not

Authorized to regulate crypto the plaintiff would not be allowed to amend so in this scenario we could get another win as well remember in option two that’s a 100% win unless the SEC tries to refile an appeal option four Court grants Motion in part okay so if this

Happens the court could Grant coinbase’s motion to dismiss the 1 crypto assets labeled as Securities while denying the motion related to The Exchange staking service so the SEC has also charged them in relationship to the staking service so if this happens the case will move into Discovery most likely will be a year

From now before we see any resolution uh with emphasis on the remaining charges okay the expert dismissed the possibility of the judge issuing a ruling at the hearing scheduled for tomorrow January 7th 17 I already noted that the questioning at the hearing could could provide some hints furthermore the experts recul the

Coinbase judge uh would issue the ruling within 3 months so we could get a ruling tomorrow we may not get one it could be a big big day I realize that there’s some X factors here but hey when you’re dealing with lawsuits and the option that there there are two or three or
