Hello and welcome to another update video about Gala so this is now a Moment of Truth um the pullback seems to have started in this way for I already made you aware yesterday that it is a possibility that this fourth wve pullback has started I gave you already

The micro support area to watch and it’s now we have more evidence because yesterday’s swing low is broken that means we are probably already working on this seawave down um we will have to see if this is the seawave of wave four already which is

Possible or if this is just going to be a larger a wve yeah so ABC could be a over a larger ABC struct and is doing this okay you know we don’t know that this is what we have to see because the Wave 2 took um what a week yeah the wave

Two took a week I think it’s likely that it’s going to form a little bit more of a pronounced ABC structure but we will have to see you know this is something that cannot necessarily be predicted in advance we always have to keep an open mind as to how exactly a correction is

Unfolding yeah in which patterns exactly so it could be this okay let me just change the wave degree but I think most important um most important aspect is that we had a nice third wave to the upside and it reached not only minimum or ideal targets it actually extended a

Little bit this third wave I highlighted to you okay we only have three waves up but because we saw an extended potential third wave we can add a support area for wave four and then as soon as the pullback starts which is due we can

Watch for a reversal for a fifth wave if the fifth wave happens then it should get to 2.97 cents at least I mean at least above the third wave high but usually they target the next upside FIP level and um yeah then as soon as that’s

Complete we have a five wve move up we can then add the next support area again and then you know we just basically move from support to resistance support to resistance step by step and track the trend however um obviously in terms of Moment of Truth we are likely dealing

With a diagonal um because this is not impulsive price action so we can allow for an overlap between waves 1 and four I showed you this trend Channel yesterday the chart isn’t changed at all so it’s simply following that road map in terms of this trend Channel um it

Might be worth watching for potential support around the area of the lower boundary line of the channel of this ascending Trend Channel and um yeah I mean then support goes down to 2.32 cents below 2.32 cents it’s worth being very much skeptical about this unfolding

Diagonal it might be that we only saw an ABC structure to the upside then and the invalidation point of the triangle not triangle the invalidation point of the diagonal is the wave two low at 2.07 cents 2.06 um the support area is not an invalidation point but it’s an area

Where I’ve broken it’s not reliable at all anymore even a diagonal as such is not really reliable so I always say that you know diagonals are not really reliable you cannot trust them but we can track them um and just everybody just needs to know about um poor probabilities because diagonals are not

Clear and pulses there’s much more theory behind that but we cannot really trust them really um so it’s worth being flexible but below below 2.34 cents we can trust it even less not at all really anymore so there was also previous structural support in that region now additionally um it’s not only structural

Support that’s at this golden ratio level also the larger degree FIP level and yeah here this seems to be an area of interest that I would be watching um cluster of support in addition to that ascending trend line here so yeah should be good support there um let’s let’s uh
