against each other it’s the continue
legal ease process it’s dragging on it’s
going to continue to drag it on uh we
are waiting for the outcome having to do
with what the penalty is going to be for
ripple for the um the side of the
lawsuit that they did not win remember
they won the the law they won the
Judgment came down where basically they
were uh found not guilty of selling
securities on exchanges like where you
and I buy but uh the S the other side of
the lawsuit had to do with xrp Sals to
institutions they did not win that side
and that’s where the Ripple versus SEC
kind of all these motions that are being
filed back and forth are centering on is
kind of where what what’s going to
happen happen you know out of that uh
that judgment if you will for the xrp
sale X the sale of xrp to institutions
okay so the Ripple side is accusing the
SEC of quote sandbagging the case having
to do with uh filing different types of
motions at certain times it’s right here
the SEC waited into filing its remedy
motion to submit the fox decr relation
setting forth this remedy theories and
calculations the sec’s submission is
quote precisely the type of sandbagging
that rule 37 is designed to prevent it
should be struck okay again legal legal
maneuver legal maneuvering is really
what you need to kind of remember and
kind of get what’s going on right here
um and of course Ripple opposes any
remedies they don’t really don’t want to
pay anything uh and they’re looking at
they’re stressing that hey any civil any
civil penalty excuse me say that really
fast higher than 10 million uh would be
unfair in in appropriate okay so that’s
kind of where we’re at on the lawsuit
front it’s going to continue to drag
guys okay so let’s take a look real
