this is the most disgusting thing I’ve
seen happen in the United States of
America when it comes to free speech and
yes it involves a crypto company as you
know free speech or speech is protected
under the First Amendment right there’s
been multiple different court cases in
the past that have created case law that
indicates that code is speech and speech
should be protected under the First
Amendment well some of you are familiar
with tornado cach tornado cash was Cash
was an ethereum mixer service basically
so people can send TR transactions um
from one party to the other party mix
transaction so that it wasn’t trackable
because crypto is transparent you can
see everything that happens on the
blockchain well there’s a u-based
company Samurai wallet and they have a
Bitcoin mixing service basically the
reason why you would want to mix your
Bitcoin is just to essentially protect
your privacy yes people still pay their
taxes yes it’s not dangerous or any of
these things that they’re claiming but
these guys were just arrested in the
United States of America and if you
think the Tik Tok ban is bad wait just
wait cuz it’s going to get worse
