Today I’m with my best friend and business partner Austin Lewis and we are at one of our rental properties that we are currently remodeling. In this video, we discuss why we think that real estate is a better and safer investment to make compared to stocks, forex, crypto currency, and really most other things.
Since you’re watching this video, you’re probably interested money, but more specifically how to build wealth and what market is going to be the best in terms of that. Austin and I, we’re 25 years old and we’ve invested in pretty much every market you can think of. We have ATM’s, we are real estate agents, we do fix-and-flips, we wholesale, we’ve done forex and crypto, stocks, Walmart automation, we’ve essentially done it all.
The best way to accumulate wealth is to build passive income, then take that money and invest into thing that make more money, plain and simple. The market that we’ve consistently succeeded in is real estate. Obviously, with all thats going on some people are scarred that the market will crash. But to tell you the truth it doesn’t really matter if the market crashes because you can simply hold onto the property until it recovers.
Stocks, crypto, etc. obviously have there benefits when investing, but at the end of the day, you can’t touch it , you can’t smell it, you can’t see it, and those markets will inevitably crash at some point. What better place to put that cold hard cash that you worked hard for into real estate. Mortgage rates are at an all time low and the demand for rentals is increasing exponentially. At some point, some time, some where, someone is always going to need a place to live. A new form of currency could come up and bitcoin could be gone forever, but real estate will always be in style.
