Multiple police officers shot in Charlotte, North Carolina
we have some breaking news out of Charlotte North Carolina where multiple law enforcement officers have been shot it all started to unfold around 2:00 this afternoon right in the eastern part of Charlotte the Charlotte Police Department says the officers were working with US Marshals task force when gunfire erupted right now we don’t know how many officers were shot or the extent of their injuries we do know roads have been closed for ambulances to get those officers to the hospital faster a number of schools in Thea are also on a modified lockdown police say they plan to hold a press conference as soon as the situation is safe we will be monitoring that bringing you updates out of North Carolina just as soon as we get them
Roads in the area are closed to allow first responders and ambulances through the area.
